Los Angeles | Montebello Terminal

The Montebello terminal, our largest facility on the west coast, also one of two in California, sits on a 5 acre property just south of Downtown LA and centrally located in the LA Basin. Our container operations include handling dry cargo, refrigerated cargo, less than container load and full container load consolidations. In addition, our open yard offers flat rack loading and offloading, trans loading, warehousing and oversized cargo services. Our forklifts have up to 9,000lb capacity and we have partner facilities nearby that can handle the transfer of oversize and overweight shipments. Our dock operations management is commanded with a combined 75+ years of loading experience and our customer service department is based onsite closest to the action as we refuse to serve our customers with offsite call centers. The round the clock container department meticulously loads on approximately 25,000sq ft of dock space with about 5,000sq ft of refrigerated climate controlled environment complimented with 28 dock high doors for receiving and loading and store front ramp access. Honolulu Freight Service Montebello is a full service container freight station conveniently located near the 5, 605, 60 & 710 freeways which is easily accessible from any direction. Our strategic location welcomes intermodal shipments, rail containers, long line haul carriers and regional truckers daily with ease, not to mention we are less than 30 minutes to the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
