Thank you for choosing Honolulu Freight Service and Guam Freight Service and our affiliated companies for your logistics needs.

As the Covid-19 situation continues to develop our goal is to release updates relating to our business and terminal locations.  We pride ourselves in the care and concern we show not only our employees but the communities in which we live and serve.

Honolulu Freight Service and Guam Freight Service are two of the essential service providers of freight with the largest footprint on the West Coast from Southern CA and the Pacific Northwest to the islands of Hawaii and Micronesia.  As it is imperative that these places continue to receive the resources they require to sustain themselves through this period, we have taken a stand of following Matson’s schedule.  As long as the sailings continue we will load freight and service our loyal customers and vendors. We do not anticipate interruptions in sailing schedules or operations at this time and will remain vigilant to ensure we continue to serve your needs uninterrupted.

Please note the status of each of our locations:

SEATTLE – all staff are present and ready to receive/deliver freight. Operations allowed per the essential business guidelines. 

PORTLAND – all staff are present and ready to receive/deliver freight. Operations allowed per the essential business guidelines.

OAKLAND – all staff are present and ready to receive/deliver freight.  Operations allowed per essential business guidelines. 

MONTEBELLO – all staff are present and ready to receive/deliver freight.   Operations allowed per essential business guidelines.  

OAHU – all staff are present and ready to receive/deliver freight. Operations allowed per essential business guidelines.  

As we consider ourselves your partner we will keep you informed as to updates and notifications pertaining to the Hawaiian and Micronesian trade-lanes.  Whether that’s locally or on a federal level you can count on us.  Following is the link to Homeland Security detailing which businesses are considered “essential”.

Honolulu Freight Service, Guam Freight Service and all of our affiliates are taking extra precautions across our sites to ensure workplace cleanliness and safety, and all employees are encouraged to be vigilant in personal hygiene habits and keeping their individual work areas clean.

In addition, guidance to employees working on docks or in trucks and other locations is to take extra precautions to prevent the potential spread of coronavirus by minimizing close contact with coworkers and/or customers and vendors.
