Pacific Storm System Impacts Vessel Schedules
BY adm1n IN Uncategorized On 23-01-2017
Aloha HFS Customer,
Matson Navigator V020W was delayed departing Long Beach as a result of a major Pacific storm system in California. As the safety of the crew, customer cargo and vessel are priorities, departure time was adjusted until the storm dissipated.
Vessel departed 4:17pm Saturday, January 21 with an estimated time of arrival in Honolulu late afternoon Thursday, January 26th.
Kauai V764W sailed Oakland early (11:09am Friday, 1/20), but is experiencing rough weather enroute to Hawaii. The vessel routed south to avoid direct impact of the storm and is now estimated to arrive Honolulu early AM Thursday, January 26th.
Neighbor Island barge schedules will be adjusted to minimize delays.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
