Operations Manager
Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing procedures, policies, and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the organization.
  • Manage and supervise daily operations of the company to ensure smooth running of the business.
  • Monitor and analyze the company's operational performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure the company's success.
  • Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
