The 92,400-square-foot building, built in 1960, is situated on over 3 acres of industrial property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Following the permitting process, we are ready to start renovating the building for office and warehouse space. More than 220 employees will be based at this new location starting in 2025.
